Martha Circle will meet in the Gathering Place at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 9. We meet for fellowship and study, and to support each other in our lives as Christian women.
In January we began the study “What My Grandmother Taught Me” and learned about the importance of family ties in Biblical times. In February we will dig into the story of first woman listed in Mathew’s genealogy of Jesus.
Tamar is a powerless but resourceful outsider who finds a way to teach Judah, the family patriarch, a strong lesson resulting in the continuation of the family line that leads to David and Jesus. You are invited to join us for an interesting discussion!
