"A Sanctuary in the City… Living Faith"

Maundy Thursday

On Maundy Thursday we remember Jesus’ commandment to love, in the face of his impending arrest and crucifixion. Our worship, beginning at 7:00 p.m., will relate the narrative events of the first Maundy Thursday as told in the gospels of John and Matthew, in a Tenebrae rhythm of scripture readings, interpretive reflection, hymns, and dimming lights. This service will include the sacrament of holy communion, and participation by our Choir.
