Often we skip straight from the immediate devastation of Good Friday to the joyful celebration of Easter Sunday. This year, we are adding a service that offers an opportunity to sit within the silence of the tomb and to find ourselves in the fear and uncertainty felt by Jesus’ followers in that in-between time. This will be a Taizé-style worship service in the East Transept with music, readings, and periods of silent contemplation.
