Housing Resources Inc. (HRI) is gearing up for their annual “Walk”, being held on Saturday, March 25, starting at 10 am This is a family-friendly 5K walk that begins at the Kalamazoo Growlers Baseball Stadium-Homer Stryker Field.
Onsite pre-registration starts at 9 am, with the “walk” following the Kalamazoo River Valley Trail through downtown to the HRI Eleanor House family shelter and returning to the Growlers Stadium. After the walk, everyone is invited to a fun-filled time of activities and food for the whole family.
HRI provides emergency family shelter and permanent housing for those experiencing homelessness in our community.
